RAL 6005

Anyone who has ever walked the official hiking trails in Saxon Switzerland will have seen RAL colour 6005. This green, known as “Moss green”, is the basic colour for the signposts there, blending in perfectly with nature with its natural dark green colour. It is a rich, high opacity hue that is well suited to almost all applications and also appreciated in motor sports. After all, RAL colour 6005 is also known as classic “British racing green” and British teams have been coating their racing cars for decades in it. The tradition began in 1929, when a Bugatti drove for the first time in the tone now known as “Moss green” at the Monaco Grand Prix.
